Job Purpose and Content
To write/amend/deliver and manage the reporting function for the Managed Service contracts. The reports created form a vital part of the service offering for Managed Services. The reports are included as part of the monthly reports sent to the customers. The role needs to be developed to ensure we meet the growing needs of the customer and are able to offer an informative and reliable suite of reports for the customer base.
Outline of Routine Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- Running daily/weekly/monthly reports from the helpdesk tool/ACD to produce accurate and relevant information.
- Ensuring the reporting from the previous version of the helpdesk tool to the new version is carried out and is seamless to the customer base.
- Major involvement in the upgrade of the ACD project and the associated reporting
- Development of the reporting suite of reports to ensure it exceeds the customers expectations.
- Ensure any new contracts have there reporting identified and delivered
- Working with the management team to ensure they have both the scheduled and ad hoc reports to meet the business needs.
- Tidy up the reporting database to clean out old, expired reports and identify improvements in the current reports.
