Job Purpose and Context
Receptionist are to manage the day to day admin duties at the PATAS Hearing Centre, Angel Square for the PATAS Parking and Road User Charging tribunals. To ensure the smooth running of the desk and completion of administration tasks daily
Outline of Routine Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- Preparing the Hearing Centre for the days hearings
- Greeting and booking in the appellants arriving for Personal hearings
- Taking appellant payments using the PATAS payment system and reconciling payments daily
- Completing a weekly and monthly report
- Producing ad-hoc reports when requested
- Assisting appellants, adjudicators and Local Authorities with enquires either face to face or over the telephone.
- Logging Evidence received at Hearing Centre on relevant spreadsheet
- Link cases through the Link Case Manager application
- Action Case Action Requests through the PATAS Case Manager application
- Liaise with building reception/Case Management daily
- Deal with incoming faxes
- Manage the assigned queues on the PATAS Case Manager application
- Collecting Post from various departments.
- Rescheduling cases that are scheduled to go ahead on that day
